Public Hearings are scheduled on an as needed basis. Public hearings are required for amendment changes, which effect the Subdivision and Land Development Ordinance or the Zoning Ordinance, Conditional Uses, Variances and Rezoning requests.

 

Special meetings are also held on an as needed basis, between regularly scheduled meetings, when action must be taken by the Board.
